YOUR TASKS

• Inspecting and monitoring properties, outdoor facilities and technical installations
• Performing maintenance and repair work on building systems and supervising and coordinating external service providers
• Ensuring functionality and value preservation of technical facilities
• Maintaining high operational standards for the commercial and residential tenants of the properties
• Monitoring and inspecting minor conversion and renovation measures
• Performing minor repairs and manual work autonomously and to an appropriate quality

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed technical/tradesperson training
• Manual dexterity and technical expertise as well as organisational skill
• Teamwork and organisational skills
• Flexibility
• Ability to adapt to new tasks quickly and an autonomous approach to work
• Class B driving license
